Your Questions, Answered

  • Traditional neurofeedback asks your brain to actively participate — it works by repeatedly rewarding the brain as it builds new pathways over time. LENS takes a gentler approach. Using low energy electromagnetic signals it nudges the brain out of stuck patterns in real time — like holding up a mirror and showing the brain it doesn't have to stay where it is.

Less time. Less effort. Real results.

  • Here's what we and our own families have experienced since starting LENS — a calmer nervous system, deeper and more restful sleep, better focus, less anxiety, more clarity, and even things we didn't expect, like improved vision and the return of a sense of smell. Oh — and less yelling at our kids. That one's worth its weight in gold.

Every brain is different, but the results speak for themselves.

  • Yes — and it's one of the things we love most about LENS. During your intake we learn about your unique physiology, sensitivity, and how your nervous system responds. For clients who are more sensitive we can start with BodyLens administered on the bottom of your feet — the farthest point from your brain — and still achieve meaningful relief. Ask us about the real life examples we've seen with this approach.

  • Absolutely. Resetting and calming the nervous system can significantly relieve symptoms of both concussions and traumatic brain injuries. LENS helps guide your brain back into alignment and regulation — gently and without medication.

  • We accept cash, check, Venmo, credit cards, HSA, FSA, and vouchers from granting organizations. We typically bill within 24 hours of your session. If you'd like to seek insurance reimbursement, we're happy to provide a monthly Superbill with the CPT codes you need to submit independently.

  • We believe deeply in the power of LENS to transform lives — and we believe equally in generosity. Each quarter, we reserve two spots for clients to receive up to 6 sessions at $25 each. Payment plans are available if needed. If this applies to you, please reach out, and we'll get you on our waiting list.
