Traditional neurofeedback asks your brain to actively participate — it works by repeatedly rewarding the brain as it builds new pathways over time. LENS takes a gentler approach. Using low-energy electromagnetic signals, it nudges the brain out of stuck patterns in real time — like holding up a mirror and showing the brain it doesn't have to stay where it is.
Less time. Less effort. Real results.

Here's what we and our own families have experienced since starting LENS — a calmer nervous system, deeper and more restful sleep, better focus, less anxiety, more clarity, and even things we didn't expect, like improved vision and the return of a sense of smell. Oh — and less yelling at our kids. That one's worth its weight in gold.
Every brain is different, but the results speak for themselves.

During your intake, we learn about your unique physiology, sensitivity, and how your nervous system responds. For more discerning clients, we start with BodyLens administered on the bottom of your feet or on your belly; even though it’s far from your brain, the low energy emitted is still communicating with your nervous system, and you can experience meaningful relief. We start most children with BodyLens before moving our way up to HeadLens.
Ask us about the real-life examples we've witnessed with the BodyLens approach.

We accept cash, check, Venmo, credit cards, HSA, FSA, and vouchers from granting organizations. We typically bill within 24 hours of your session. If you'd like to seek insurance reimbursement, we're happy to provide a monthly Superbill with corresponding CPT codes for biofeedback. You will then submit the Superbill independently to your insurance.
